| All I have to say today is carma is a bitch.... what goes around comes around. All this is implied to Derrick, and you know what he's also a hypocrite (if that's how you spell it). So ya, I think all of his stuff is no longer in the apartment, but now on the patio where the skunk can play with it (hehe). Oh ya, he owes me $30, Jackie $200, and Bryan (I don't know the amount). Ok, well I am going to go take a shower b/c I smell, and then off to choir at BUMC... and between all that I have to go to my dad's house to pick up something... PEACE | | |
| I got 2 e-mails from Andrew today...  (I'm very happy). He's doing well over in Iraq, but I miss him, and I kinda get the feeling that he is home sick. I like getting those e-mails though, he's real easy to talk to, and I can tell him anything, and he tells me as much as he can about Iraq. I think it's funny how distance makes people closer... I can't wait till he comes home in Feb... I know for a fact that he wants to go bowling, so I will have to take him out and treat him to some good home cooked food and some bowling at Franklin Lanes. I am house sitting for dad again this weekend... that will be nice to have another quiet weekend, and hopefully hang out with Mary. But there is no way I am missing my Friday night fun... Tusculum Lanes is where I go on fridays for bowling, karokee, and fun with my new friends out here in Antioch. I have finally branched out here, and have a group of friends wich is really nice. Ok I have blabbed enough, and I can't sleep... so I will take a shower, do some cleaning, hang out with my room mate Jackie till I get tired... so ya PEACE | | |
| So today's lesson... DON'T WEAR JEANS WHEN IT IS 100 DEGREES IN THE WAREHOUSE!! Ya, I am an idiot... I wore jeans to work today, and sweated my ass off... but it was worth getting off 2.5 hours early, and still getting paid for a full day of work!
I have been looking for apartments for weeks now, and I still can't find one that I can afford... thus, Tara gets second job (again)... ehg, I hate working, but that's what I have to do to pay rent, car payments, food, GAS, and basically everything. I am on my own working hard here in Nashville, and I love it. I like being on my own... no papers to write, no home work... just work, and relax and try to enjoy every second of free time I can.
I really want to go back to Lambuth and visit with my sisters, but there are a few people that are there that make me not want to go back ever again. I am seriously concidering not going to Bid Day, but I have good reasons... #1 GAS... #2 I might have to work. It makes me sad when I think about how much I thought I liked it there... I brainwashed myself... But it's not the first time that I have done that.
So how about I have a cat... Jackie's dad rescued a cat at work the other day, and brought it to the apartment. I didn't know about it till I was asleep that night and something started to attack my feet!! I almost screamed, but Jackie was still up so I went out to the living room and I was like what is this (holding the cat as far away from me as possible!)... I have named her Scarlett... Jack and Brian call her kitty... (Scarlett is sooo much better!).
So I guess you could say I am doing well and happy. I have never been this happy, and nothing can change it. God has a plan for everyone... mine's just a little fucked up that's all... but I can live with it. I better go and enjoy an afternoon off from work. PEACE | | |
| Ok, well I am good all things concidered... But what has really made my week was that I have been getting an e-mail just about everyday from my high school buddy Andrew Montgomery. Right now he is in Iraq serving our country... I am really proud of him... but what makes it more interesting is that we talk about everything, and are getting to know eachother better through every e-mail. He will be back in Feb, and I can't wait to see him. Anyway I am out... PEACE | | |
